I completed pediatric residency at the Univ. of Florida and practiced as a pediatrician with the national health service corps in Florida, then as a private practice pediatrician in Minnesota for 16 years. Retrained & was a full-time emergency physician for another 18 yrs. Julie and I moved to Southern California in June, 2019 so that I could take up swimming and Triathlon coaching, be closer to family, and have respite from the weather. When the Covid pandemic started, I went back to work as a emergency physician. Currently I work as a “locum tenens” physician 4-5 shifts/month in Minnesota, but still live in Mission Viejo California. My hobby is Triathlon. I have qualified for team USA to represent the United States in world age group championships 13 times. Will compete in Abu Dhabi, Nov 2022.
